Welcome to Little Moments Occupational Therapy (OT), a community-based therapy service dedicated to providing holistic care and fostering meaningful growth. Little Moments OT grew from an idea rooted in the belief that a personalised approach to care is essential in an ever-growing and changing healthcare landscape. We recognise the significance of little moments as the building blocks of longterm growth and transformation, with every success celebrated as another step towards achieving your goals.
Our logo features the dandelion, a symbol of resilience, growth, and the beauty of small moments. Just as a dandelion's seeds disperse and create new beginnings, we aim to support our clients grow and thrive through compassionate and individualised care.
At Little Moments OT, we believe that providing therapy in familiar settings - whether at home, in school, or within the community - creates a nurturing and empowering atmosphere. This approach ensures that individuals can apply their skills in real-life situations, leading to more meaningful and lasting outcomes. By engaging in therapy where life happens, we foster genuine growth and independence.
